Blend in, Stand out.
Blend (by Keune) is a line of hair products targeting the young urban consumer. Blend stimulates clients to create their own signature style by combining different styling products into a unique product. The new brochure (and later on the website as well) forms an inspiring look-book.

In cooperation with designer Emile Pen at CCCP.

Maja loves the sound of her spoon stirring a frothy latte.

Tine likes to peal her chocolate croissant and eat it layer by layer until she reaches the chocolate part. Average eating-time is 6 minutes and 46 seconds. Which is pretty good, considering all the work she's done.

Tine loves post-its.
She always carries them around and leaves tiny yellow messages for everyone, everywhere.

When Tine was asked by D&#38;AD to describe herself in one image and one word,
this is what she came up with : &#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1256025/spontaneous.jpg" width="670" height="483" width_o="1647" height_o="1188" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1256025/spontaneous_o.jpg" data-mid="6073681"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;

At the gymnasium Maja wrote a short story consisting only the titles of Nouvelle Vague movies.
The story was one page long.

Tine &#38; Maja both love skiing. A few weeks per winter Tine is a ski teacher for teenagers.

Maja used to play the guitar and Tine used to play the drums.
We plan on starting a rock band someday. (No, we don't have footage to prove this.)

		<description>&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/DGD.jpg" width="155" height="20" width_o="155" height_o="20" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/DGD_o.jpg" data-mid="5264480"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;

At CCCP we developed the communication campaign for De Gekste Dag (literal translation: 'The Craziest Day'). De Gekste Dag uses the power of humor to mobilize people and collect money for charity. The grand finale was a 3-hour live show on national TV, and our mission was to draw viewers. We created a website, an outdoor campaign, Boomerang cards, a radio commercial, a campaign tool for Hyves (=the Dutch Facebook) and much more.

The website is the platform where celebrities showed their devotion, activities of the many volunteers were displayed, information on De Gekste Dag was communicated and people were stimulated to donate or organize their own fundraising activity.
&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/gekstedagBROWSER (Lars2).jpg" width="670" height="446" width_o="1598" height_o="1065" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/gekstedagBROWSER (Lars2)_o.jpg" data-mid="6128178"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;

The outdoor campaign featured three Dutch icons: sports journalist Johan Derksen, TV presenter Sonja Barend and rapper Ali B. These three are known for always being super serious, but for the national campaign for 'De Gekste Dag' even they were showing their crazy face, leading to an unexpected result.
&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/A0HR (Johan).jpg" width="670" height="947" width_o="2048" height_o="2896" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/A0HR (Johan)_o.jpg" data-mid="6044557"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/A0HR (Sonja).jpg" width="670" height="947" width_o="2048" height_o="2896" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/A0HR (Sonja)_o.jpg" data-mid="6044582"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/A0HR (Ali B).jpg" width="670" height="947" width_o="2048" height_o="2896" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/A0HR (Ali B)_o.jpg" data-mid="6044613"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;

The Boomerang cards featured two Dutch icons: model Kim Feenstra and actress Jennifer Hoffman. These two are known for their perfect looks, but for De Gekste Dag they were showing their crazy face. Translation : CRAZY (about you).
&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/Boomerang.jpg" width="670" height="466" width_o="2048" height_o="1424" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/Boomerang_o.jpg" data-mid="6126197"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;

The campaign tool for Hyves (=the Dutch Facebook) enabled users to turn their profile picture into the Queen Beatrix-version of themselves. If 10 000 Hyves-users would participate, the presenter of the Dutch TV-show All You Need Is Love would set up the Queen of Holland with the President of Mozambique, for De Gekste Dag. At the end of the campaign, 29 829 people Bea-fyd themselves! (The Queen and the President did not live happily ever after, unfortunately.)
&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/BEAFYyourself 2 teller.jpg" width="670" height="558" width_o="1027" height_o="856" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/BEAFYyourself 2 teller_o.jpg" data-mid="6044623"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;

We sent this invitation for the press conference out to journalists...

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/Screen shot 2011-04-05 at 6.11.40 PM.png" width="398" height="596" width_o="398" height_o="596" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032777/Screen shot 2011-04-05 at 6.11.40 PM_o.png" data-mid="6128139"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;

...which resulted in a huge amount of free publicity.

As a visual device we developed a medal for De Gekste Dag. In the month before the live show we spread the medal throughout the celebrities and volunteers that would be participating in De Gekste Dag, leading to curiosity of viewers of other TV-shows when the host was suddenly wearing the device.

Our communication campaign led the audience to the grand finale.
The 3-hour live show on national TV was viewed by half a million people.

Below are the stickers that were developed with the new &#38; extremely multifunctional logo.
Just because it was so much fun.

For the Saatchi Talent Tribe we created a direct marketing-campaign to let parents know it’s their responsibility to take action and keep their children from becoming obese.

Ben &#38; Jerry’s Netherlands asked CCCP for a campaign to get more fans and sell more pints of ice cream, using Facebook as a platform. We didn't win the pitch, but we'd like to show you our ideas anyway.

Life's tasty. Dig in.

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032770/Screen shot 2011-02-22 at 10.43.25 PM.png" width="670" height="474" width_o="886" height_o="628" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032770/Screen shot 2011-02-22 at 10.43.25 PM_o.png" data-mid="5244361"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;
We’re launching a mocumentary about the Ice Cream Sculptor, a hilarious fake portret that makes the viewer wonder “is this real or not?”. The film is about John, an American artist who’s into a very unusual form of art. John is an ice cream sculptor. John is like “The Dude” from “The Big Lebowski”, who spends his days doing exactly what he loves. Unlike regular ice sculptors who work with regular ice, John is specialized in creating sculptures with ice cream: “It’s just a lot more fun, and a lot tastier!” John works in a gigantic, CO2-neutral freezer, in which he spends each day, dressed in warm clothes, sculpting... and eating lots of ice cream. He explains that he only works with Ben &#38; Jerry’s ice cream because it doesn’t contain as much air as other brands, which makes it firm. He also thinks it’s important to work with natural ingredients, and the large chunks and swirls in the ice cream play an important role in his work: “The different color tones and structures in the ice cream really add to the experience”. We’re following John while he’s working on his masterpiece. He’s sculpting a life size version of Michelangelo’s David, completely created of Ben &#38; Jerry’s Cookie Dough. It’s a stressful project, with many obstacles along the way: David’s arms keep falling off and a due to a power cut the nearly-finished sculpture melts almost completely.

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032770/Screen shot 2011-02-22 at 10.46.16 PM.png" width="670" height="476" width_o="839" height_o="597" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032770/Screen shot 2011-02-22 at 10.46.16 PM_o.png" data-mid="5244369"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;
After a few weeks of circulating online, Ben &#38; Jerry’s puts the viral on its Facebook page and gives the Ice Cream Sculptor his own tab on the page. Still it’s not completely clear whether Ben &#38; Jerry’s invented this artist or merely found him. Ben &#38; Jerry’s challenges the fans of the Ice Cream Sculptor to click the Like-button on his tab, by making a promise: if the Ice Cream Sculptor gets 5000 likes, Ben &#38; Jerry’s will bring him to Lowlands (Dutch festival) and give him the opportunity to have his very own exposition.The news is spread in the press, taking care of free publicity.

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032770/Screen shot 2011-02-22 at 10.44.05 PM.png" width="670" height="471" width_o="883" height_o="622" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032770/Screen shot 2011-02-22 at 10.44.05 PM_o.png" data-mid="5244375"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;
And just like Ben &#38; Jerry’s promised: when 5000 Facebook-likes have been reached, the Ice Cream Sculptor is given the chance to exhibit his work at the famous festival. Each sculpture is kept underneath an individual glass case, keeping the ice cream cooled. At the end of the festival the sculptures are eaten by the festival-visitors: you can taste the ear of “The Thinker” in Cookie Dough flavor or the nose of “Venus of Milo” in Cherry Garcia flavor.

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032770/Screen shot 2011-02-22 at 10.44.35 PM.png" width="670" height="476" width_o="842" height_o="599" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032770/Screen shot 2011-02-22 at 10.44.35 PM_o.png" data-mid="5244487"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;
Each day for one month, at a random time, a photo of the Ice Cream Sculptor’s work is posted on Facebook. The first person to ‘tag’ his own name in this photograph receives a free ice cream pint of this sculpture's flavor.

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032770/bj.jpg" width="670" height="502" width_o="1024" height_o="768" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1032770/bj_o.jpg" data-mid="5246869"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;
Two cows are standing in a field. One cow turns to the other "So what do you think about this mad cow disease?" The other cow answers "What do I care? I'm a helicopter!"

The Dutch hip-hop band Opgezwolle wanted to celebrate the release of their new album and thank their fans for their loyalty over the past years. In cooperation with Kesselskramer, we created the world’s very first ‘album film’. The script is based on the lyrics of the songs on the new album. Four hundred fans were invited to the premiere of this 15-minute film, followed by a live performance of the band. The free publicity was enormous and the reviews were unanimously positive.

At the Hallo© Academy we created this campaign for Leica,
based on the concept 'what you feel is what you get'.

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1018468/leica2_1.jpg" width="670" height="517" width_o="1584" height_o="1224" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1018468/leica2_1_o.jpg" data-mid="5233519"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;
&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1018468/leica1_1.jpg" width="670" height="517" width_o="1584" height_o="1224" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1018468/leica1_1_o.jpg" data-mid="5233365"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;
&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1018468/leica4_1.jpg" width="670" height="517" width_o="1584" height_o="1224" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1018468/leica4_1_o.jpg" data-mid="5233426"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;
&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1018468/leica3_1.jpg" width="670" height="517" width_o="1584" height_o="1224" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/2/81802/1018468/leica3_1_o.jpg" data-mid="5233523"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;

This is still one of our pet projects because it was the first one we did as a creative team.
We brainstormed, we wrote stories (each of us wrote 2 of the ads above), we asked random people inappropriate questions about their favorite memories, and we've been working together ever since.
We made it last forever. Or at least for 5 years, so far.

Shared exuberance through song. This film won a D&#38;AD Award for 2nd prize in 2006 and was nominated for the title of Next Gen Commercial at the Amsterdam Hero Awards.

Lucky Voice Karaoke from TineMaja on Vimeo.
Research has taught us that if you've just watched this commercial, chances are quite large that you'll catch yourself humming this song at least once in the next 24 hours.
